3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, your order is still in transit and on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Lost or Stolen Packages
TripEaseo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status confirms “Delivered.”
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

We are happy to provide tracking details and shipping documentation to assist with carrier claims. However, refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
